Pre-order checklist for curtain and blinds

1. Please note the level of light filtering, opacity, or transparency at the time of curtain fabric purchase.
2. Please be aware that blackout    fabric may not be completely opaque due to small gaps around sewing holes on all sides (left, right, bottom, and top)
3. When curtains open from the center to the sides, there's a possibility of light leakage and gaps in the middle.
4. When choosing, keep in mind that light transmission may affect the aesthetic appeal of your self-designed curtains.
5. Attaching a lining or heavy blackout fabric to the back of a curtain can affect the natural fold and drape of the fabric.
6. Before placing your order for stitching, consider the desired fabric fold style: wavy, sharp, or flat, as it depends on the fabric's character.
7. understand/Measure the gap between the floor and the desired curtain bottom.
8. Choose 'kiss the floor' length, aware it may touch/drag on the floor over time.
9. Altering curtain height after installation will incur an additional charge
10. Functionality of Curtain Fittings Consider the functionality of curtain fittings to ensure seamless operation.
11. Spacing for Two Layers of Curtain Ensure sufficient spacing between two layers of curtains for smooth movement.
12. Side View Consideration When installing two layers of curtains, consider the side view to maintain aesthetic appeal.
13. Curtain Overlap on Walls Allow for adequate curtain overlap on walls to prevent light leakage and ensure insulation.
14. Best Performing Curtain Fabric side Choose the best performing curtain fabric, considering factors like durability, light blocking, and thermal insulation.
15. Periodic Maintenance and Service Schedule regular maintenance and servicing for motorized tracks and motors to ensure optimal performance.
16. Scaffolding for Service and Installation Utilise scaffolding for safe and efficient installation and servicing of curtains, especially for high-reaching areas.

18. For 100% blackout, opt for blackout roller blinds with side cassettes.
